Sessions
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Based on the client's needs and request,
90 minute sessions can be scheduled.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. Additionally, I treat
adolescents, teens and adults.
Appointments
Based on availability, I can offer appointments during the week, evenings and
some weekends.
*I do enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of
your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full hourly rate.

I do offer a few reduced rate sessions , however this is based on financial
necessity and scheduling availability.
Confidentiality
Did you know that private pay is the only way to protect your information from being
shared with your insurance provider? When you use your insurance to pay for
therapy, your information (including diagnosis) is reviewed by your provider in
order to justify reimbursement. Often, if you do not have a "severe" diagnosis, your
treatment can be very limited or not authorized at all!
